Your Tasks

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Production Support team within the Mechanical AIT department
Planning, organization, and moderation of regular team meetings
Responsibility for personnel planning in projects
Initiation and support of recruiting processes as well as participation in job interviews
Conducting employee reviews and actively supporting individual career development
Operational support in day-to-day business
Development and establishment of standardized integration procedures for future projects
Analysis and optimization of workflows and workstations in assembly to reduce waste
Creation of a catalog to forecast durations of mechanical activities
Participation in development projects for digitization in AIT, e.g., Mixed Reality or MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Support in internal trainings, lectures, and workshops
Direct reporting line to the Head of Mechanical AIT

Your Qualifications

Completed studies in production engineering, mechanical engineering, design, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in aerospace production, ideally with initial leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills as well as a high level of responsibility
Enthusiasm for developing and building a new team
Innovative mindset, initiative, and implementation strength
Basic knowledge in design and common CAD software
Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, and PDM/PLM systems
Excellent English skills in spoken and written form; good German skills with willingness to improve are desirable
