Head of Marketing (Germany) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Strategic marketing management in the Sales and Service Germany department with responsibility for the local implementation of the global brand and communication strategy
Further development of marketing activities of the German marketing team
Development and implementation of marketing strategies for the German market and management of national campaigns
Budget responsibility and efficient resource planning
Conducting market and competition analyses
Developing sales support arguments, marketing materials, and reimbursement strategies
Preparing and implementing customer communications
Working closely with the marketing department at headquarters

Your Skills

Successfully completed degree in marketing, business administration, medical technology, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in medical technology
Ideally, experience in the German hospital market and in the operating room
Initial Leadership experience and strong strategic skills
Excellent communication skills, innovative spirit, and analytical thinking
Willingness to travel nationally
Class B driver's license
Good written and spoken English skills
