Your Tasks

Drive the development of an Earth observation constellation satellite
Close collaboration with the Engineering and PA/QA team to perform system engineering tasks
Preparation/support of proposals and studies in close collaboration with the predevelopment department to ensure the platform implementation meets the mission objectives
Preparation of necessary documentation
Implementation and management of project schedule and budget
Definition and execution of project goals in collaboration with and according to company strategy and future missions’ needs

Your Qualifications

Degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent
Good understanding of space missions and their constraints and challenges
Good understanding of satellite and platform design
Ideally knowledge of the particular constraints and challenges of earth observation missions
Highly proactive working style
Accustomed to work in teams
Ability to self-organize the work and react on changes during the project
Good organizational skills
Working level proficiency in written and spoken English. German and other language skills advantageous
