Our client, a major player in the automotive industry, is currently looking for Flemish-speaking employees to support the customer service team.

Responsibilities

Customer support and advice for various customers (by e-mail, telephone, social media)
Registration of customer concerns and internal processing
Processing & administrative handling or forwarding to the respective specialist departments
Coordination with national and international departments (internal and external)
Coordination with authorised car repair shops

Your Profile

You are fluent in Flemish and in English
You have experience in dealing with customers
You are service and customer orientated and enjoy talking to clients
You are willing to work in a 2 shift system (8am-8pm)
