Machining Technician (m/f/d)
Your profile
  • You have completed technical training, ideally in the field of machining, CNC technology, or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience operating and programming CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
  • Knowledge of Heidenhain Manual Plus and/or Siemens 840 controls is desirable
  • You are confident in working with CNC control systems and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies
  • You work precisely and reliably, even when manufacturing complex individual parts and small batch series
  • You enjoy solving technical challenges independently and continuously developing your skills and expertise
  • You are highly self-motivated and have a structured and responsible approach to your work

Your tasks:

  • Programming, setup, and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
  • Independent creation, adjustment, and optimization of CNC programs based on technical drawings
  • Manufacturing individual parts and small series
  • Monitoring production processes and carrying out quality inspections using standard measuring and testing equipment
  • Active participation in the optimization of manufacturing processes and production workflows
  • Maintenance and care of machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations
