Consolidation Expert (all genders)

Your future tasks:

Consolidation of the Group on various reporting occasions and participation in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Coordinating the preparation of information for the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and supporting the international subsidiaries with questions on reporting requirements.
Contributing to the preparation of the Group's monthly internal management reports for the Executive Board.
Active involvement in the further development of consolidation processes, controls and the implementation of consolidation software (LucaNet).
Contact person for auditors, specialist departments and subsidiaries for questions relating to external audit and consolidation issues.
Reviewing the income statements and balance sheets of local and foreign subsidiaries based on group accounting policies falls also within your area of responsibility.
Ensuring the correct application of accounting standards and supporting the implementation of new IFRS standards.
Carrying out training courses for the LucaNet consolidation software.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a relevant business degree in finance or accounting and bring several years of professional experience in in group accounting, auditing, or a related consulting role with experience in leadership.
Moreover, you are familiar with the common group accounting, consolidation (LucaNet) and ERP systems (SAP).
A profound knowledge of group accounting according to IFRS as well as the German Commercial Code (HGB) and relevant legal expertise round off you profile.
In addition, you are highly structured with an independent and process-oriented way of working and a strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Furthermore, you are proficient in MS-Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and are fluent in written and spoken English and German with strong communication skills.
