Your future tasks:
- Consolidation of the Group on various reporting occasions and participation in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Coordinating the preparation of information for the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and supporting the international subsidiaries with questions on reporting requirements.
- Contributing to the preparation of the Group's monthly internal management reports for the Executive Board.
- Active involvement in the further development of consolidation processes, controls and the implementation of consolidation software (LucaNet).
- Contact person for auditors, specialist departments and subsidiaries for questions relating to external audit and consolidation issues.
- Reviewing the income statements and balance sheets of local and foreign subsidiaries based on group accounting policies falls also within your area of responsibility.
- Ensuring the correct application of accounting standards and supporting the implementation of new IFRS standards.
- Carrying out training courses for the LucaNet consolidation software.
- You have successfully completed a relevant business degree in finance or accounting and bring several years of professional experience in in group accounting, auditing, or a related consulting role with experience in leadership.
- Moreover, you are familiar with the common group accounting, consolidation (LucaNet) and ERP systems (SAP).
- A profound knowledge of group accounting according to IFRS as well as the German Commercial Code (HGB) and relevant legal expertise round off you profile.
- In addition, you are highly structured with an independent and process-oriented way of working and a strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Furthermore, you are proficient in MS-Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and are fluent in written and spoken English and German with strong communication skills.
