Job Title: Office Manager / Backoffice Support
The job will be a part-time position or student job based in the Windsy office in Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein.
Reporting Line
Line Managed by and accountable to the Managing Director of the Company.
Job Purpose
The purpose of the Office Manager is to support the efficient day-to-day running of the business and office. The role will require the management and assistance of support staff and external suppliers.
- Monthly closing support with internal accounting system (Simus):
- Project & Invoicing Support:
- Purchase & Payment Oversight:
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Payroll & Year-End Support:
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Employee & Administrative Support:
Requirements
- Flexibility and motivation to tackle new challenges
- Initial understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a part-time setup
- German and English communication skills
