Ihre Aufgaben
We seek a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to coordinate multiple outstaff teams across several accounts and actively support pre-sales. You will own delivery hygiene (communication, utilization, invoicing, and forecasting), drive clear requirements, and help shape proposals and estimates. The role is hands-on: you’ll run efficient processes, keep stakeholders aligned, and turn business needs into an actionable backlog.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple outstaff engagements end to end (scope, timeline, budget, quality), align with the Client’s goals, and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Run interviews/workshops, analyze the Client’s needs, document requirements (user stories/BRD/SRS), manage changes, and keep backlog clear and actionable
  • Build strong relationships with the Client’s stakeholders, provide regular status updates, address issues early, and drive high Customer Satisfaction
  • Monitor utilization, forecast and control budgets, ensure accurate time reporting and invoicing, protect margin, and support revenue growth through stable, scalable delivery
  • Participate in discovery calls, help shape solutions and estimations, contribute to proposals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate and support distributed Engineers, clarify expectations, contribute to performance feedback, and foster a healthy, motivated team environment
  • Tailor processes (Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid), define and track KPIs, ensure delivery standards, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the software development domain
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership/coordination role
  • Proven outstaff coordination experience (with multiple squads/clients in parallel)
  • Strong BA toolkit: interviews/workshops, user stories & AC, prioritization (MoSCoW/WSJF), and UAT coordination
  • Experience of being involved in pre-sales: leads discovery, high-level estimates, proposal decks, and demos
  • Financial discipline: utilization tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and margin awareness
  • Ability to tailor Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid to the client context
  • Solid facilitation, conflict management, and expectation management skills
  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher
Will be a plus:
  • PSM or a similar certification
