Senior Technical Quality Manager (f/d/m)
- Support our Product Development in testing and validating components, systems, and complete products in line with relevant quality standards and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement of quality processes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Define, track, and analyze quality KPIs across production, ensuring consistent product and component performance through regular inspections
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues across the entire product lifecycle, working closely with our suppliers, internal/external manufacturers, and engineering teams
- Oversee Supplier Quality processes, including: Preparing rejection reports and providing quality feedback throughout the product and component lifecycle
- Defining and maintaining Acceptance Quality Levels (AQLs) and related technical documentation
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on supplier audits and corrective actions
- A completed technical Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a similar field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
- Excellent English skills (C1 level) and good German skills (B2 level or higher)
- Proven experience of 5+ years in production quality management and supplier quality management (ideally in the bicycle industry)
- Strong understanding of electric and pedal bicycles, and corresponding development and manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated ability to solve product issues from troubleshooting to implementation, and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work in a team, but also independent
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills, solution-oriented working style, adaptability, and resilience
- Willingness to work on-site (ideally 2 days per week) at our headquarters in Leipzig-Plagwitz
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally (up to 25%)
