Your field of activity

Requesting and comparing offers, conducting price comparisons
Processing orders and changes via our e-procurement system
Acitve communication and correspondence with our suppliers
Checking order confirmations, delivery notes and tracking deadlines
Coordinating with internal departments regarding current requirements
Maintaining article and supplier master data
Invoice verification, clarification of price deviations, and processing of repairs

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Experience in operational purchasing as well as confident handling of ERP an e-procurement systems is desirable
Proficient in using MS-Office
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills in dealing with suppliers and internal interfaces
Careful, structured and responsible working style
