Ihre Aufgaben
As a Service Sales Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships with customers by delivering value-added service offerings that drive sustainable and profitable growth in orders and customer satisfaction.
You will:
- Lead pipeline expansion for service sales and aftermarket opportunities by harvesting the installed base, leveraging existing contacts, and conducting focused customer visits.
- Partner with Sales & Service leaders to develop and implement key service sales initiatives aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product Management, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders to gather customer feedback, shape customer-centric solutions, and continuously refine the service product portfolio to ensure long-term value and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and implement new service product launches, including campaign execution, customer presentations, and enhancement of Installed Base (IB) data with support from the Service Team and Product Line.
- Manage the SSA (Service Support Agreement) renewal process, maintaining penetration above 45%, and act as the interface between internal teams and customers for SSA execution.
- Focus in the first year on increasing SSA penetration, especially for CT Systems, while generating upgrade pipeline opportunities.
- Driving Growth campaigns for upgrades and proactively promote SOAR leads to increase conversion through solution-oriented sales.
- Provide support and training for service sales teams as needed.
- Analyze contribution margin (CM) and profitability on large projects, and report regularly on pipeline, orders, and profitability.
- Achieve sales targets transparently and traceably, contributing to revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Use the CRM system as a foundation for revenue planning and analysis, ensuring weekly updates.
- Travel to meet customers as needed, with the remainder of your time spent working from our office in Wunstorf or your home office in Europe, preferably in Germany.
