- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Network Engineering team.
- Take technical ownership of the design, implementation, and operation of highly available datacenter LAN networks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop innovative high-performance network architectures.
- Promote automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
- Ensure operational stability through the organization of on-call rotations (24/7).

- Several years of experience in network architecture and operations within datacenter environments.
- Proven leadership background in IT, ideally in network engineering roles.
- Extensive technical expertise in BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, VRF, and tunneling/overlay technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista hardware, combined with strong Linux networking skills.
- Enthusiasm for automation and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus), fluency in English, and a collaborative, agile mindset.
