Was Dich erwartet

Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Kryostaten und Mikroskopiesystemen in unserem firmeneigenen High-Tech-Testlabor
Einrichtung der Systemsoftware zur Steuerung und Automatisierung der Testabläufe
Durchführung automatisierter Funktionstests unter Ultratieftemperaturen (bis in den mK-Bereich), inklusive Überwachung, Auswertung und Dokumentation
Analyse der Testergebnisse zur Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards und Betriebsbereitschaft der Systeme
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Entwicklung, Produktion und Applikationstechnik zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Testprozesse
Fachgerechter Abbau, Verpackung und Vorbereitung der Systeme für den weltweiten Versand
Optionale Unterstützung bei Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen und Tickets im Rahmen unseres internen Supportprozesses
Mitarbeit in einem internationalen, interdisziplinären Team, das Innovation und Präzision lebt

Was Du mitbringst

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker/in, Industriemechaniker/in oder Elektroniker/in mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Bezug zu kryogenen Systemen, Vakuumtechnik oder optischer Messtechnik
Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme zu durchdringen und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten
Erfahrung mit Python, Office 365, Tickettools und ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
Strukturierte und akkurate Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
Freude an praktischer Laborarbeit und der Arbeit in einem internationalen, interdisziplinären Team
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - für die Kommunikation im Team und mit internationalen Kunden

In our test laboratory, you will work with microscopy systems that operate under extreme conditions such as ultra-low temperatures and high magnetic fields. In doing so, you will combine technical expertise with hands-on laboratory work and become part of an international team that thrives on precision, innovation, and team spirit.

Your Responsibilities and Duties

Assembly and commissioning of cryostats and microscopy systems in our in-house high-tech test laboratory
Configuration of system software for control and automation of test procedures
Execution of automated functional tests at ultra-low temperatures (down to the mK range), including monitoring, evaluation, and documentation
Analysis of test results to ensure the highest quality standards and system readiness
Close collaboration with project management, development, production, and application engineering for continuous optimization of test processes
Professional disassembly, packaging, and preparation of systems for worldwide shipping
Optional support for installations and commissioning directly at customer sites
Processing of technical inquiries and tickets within our internal support process
Participation in an international, interdisciplinary team driven by innovation and precision

Your Skills and Qualifications

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or electronics technician with corresponding additional qualifications
Initial professional experience in a technical environment, ideally related to cryogenic systems, vacuum technology, or optical measurement technology
Technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex systems and work in a solution-oriented manner
Experience with Python, Office 365, ticketing tools, and ERP systems is an advantage
Structured and accurate way of working combined with a strong hands-on mentality
Interest in practical laboratory work and working in an international, interdisciplinary team
Good command of English, both written and spoken - for communication within the team and with international customers
