SOFTGAMES is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Working Student Team Assistant (People Team) - Hybrid. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our office and people functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our people team.

Responsibilities:

Support the People team with all employee related tasks
Schedule company travel and accommodation for business travels
Take care of all incoming and outgoing packages
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and equipment and place orders for office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Keep the office organised and presentable for both employees and visitors
Assist with organising events

Your profile

Team player with strong will to learn and adapt both on the people and office side
Excellent time management skills and hands-on mentality
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with care
You know the importance of high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability
Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
