Your mission

We are looking for the next leader of our marketing organization as Head of Marketing (m/f/d) in Berlin. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be leading a global team as we push forward, extending our international market presence.

Define the overall marketing plan and budget in partnership with the executive leadership team including setting targets, determining the core initiatives and driving execution to deliver business growth at a massive scale across Europe and North America.
Build a data-driven marketing organization with the goal of growing customer acquisition and retention in offline and digital channels.
Expand, lead and mentor our European and US-based marketing team
Undertake market research and competitive analysis to segment and define target markets and implement the best market-penetration strategies
Define and implement a long-term marketing strategy and rally the leadership and company around it
Collaborate closely with your stakeholders to set, monitor and report on team OKRs

Your profile

You successfully completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
Have been there, done that! You know how to build a powerful Marketing Strategy, develop the brand and improve with time
Are a strong leader, able to hire, structure and develop a high performing team
You have fluent English language skills, written and spoken; German, French or Italian language skills are a plus
You have in-depth experience in developing, optimizing, and scaling organic channels e.g. Performance Marketing (particularly paid social and influencer marketing), CRM, Social Media and Content Marketing
You have experience in developing market entry strategies and drive international expansion
You have worked with annual budgets in at least the double-digit million range and successfully achieved growth targets
You have expertise in influencer marketing and partnerships as well as managing various agencies
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on data, analytics, automation and growth-hacking
Nice to have: You have experience leading a creative team
You have phenomenal cross-functional collaboration skills to direct strategies throughout the entire organization, ensuring all partners are aligned
You are an excellent communicator who can convey complex ideas and data in written and verbal formats to leadership and team members
