Deine RolleAls Finance Operations Specialist (all genders) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Abrechnungsprozess auf Kundenseite und sorgst dafür, dass unsere finanziellen Abläufe reibungslos, präzise und effizient funktionieren. Mit einem klaren Blick für Zahlen, Strukturen und Prozesse arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammen und bringst deine Expertise in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzoperationen ein.
Wie du etwas bewirkst- Du begleitest den gesamten Abrechnungsprozess auf Kundenseite - von der Pflege der abrechnungsrelevanten Daten über die Abstimmung zu Projektmeilensteinen mit den Fachabteilungen bis hin zur Erstellung und dem Versand der Rechnungen
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse und -systeme mit und bringst deine Perspektive aus der operativen Praxis ein
- Du führst eigenständig Ad-hoc-Analysen durch und bereitest die Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf
- Du unterstützt unser Finance-Team in übergreifenden Themen - etwa im Rechnungswesen, beim Reporting oder im Rahmen von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Du erstellst und pflegst Prozessdokumentationen sowie interne Guidelines und trägst so zur Qualität unserer Abläufe bei
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen abgeschlossen und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse mit
- Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Finanzbereich sammeln - idealerweise in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld
- Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse - von der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen bis hin zum sicheren Umgang mit Formeln und Funktionen
- Deine „Hands-on-Mentalität“ und dein eigenständiger Arbeitsstil zeichnen dich aus, du treibst deine Themen schnell voran und strukturierst deine Aufgaben zielorientiert
- Du verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein datengetriebenes Mindset
- Unsere internen Firmensprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Daher kommunizierst du idealerweise auch fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du fühlst dich in einem Scale-Up pudelwohl, packst gerne an und bringst eigene Ideen ein
- Du willst aktiv die Energiewende mitgestalten und brennst für unsere Mission

Your RoleAs a Finance Operations Specialist (all genders), you’ll take on a key role in the customer billing process and ensure our financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. With a sharp eye for numbers, structures, and processes, you’ll collaborate closely with various departments and contribute your expertise to the continuous improvement of our financial operations.
How You Make an Impact- You oversee the entire customer billing process - from maintaining billing-relevant data, coordinating project milestones with internal departments, to creating and sending invoices
- You actively contribute to the further development of our financial processes and systems by bringing in your hands-on experience from day-to-day operations
- You independently conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare the results in a manner appropriate for your audience
- You support our Finance team with cross-functional topics, such as accounting, reporting, and in the context of financial statements
- You create and maintain process documentation and internal guidelines, thereby contributing to the quality and consistency of our operations
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in finance or accounting and have a solid understanding of commercial processes
- You have already gained initial hands-on experience in the finance field - ideally in a dynamic corporate environment
- You have advanced Excel skills - from creating meaningful reports to confidently using formulas and functions
- You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and an independent working style; you move your projects forward quickly and structure your tasks in a goal-oriented way
- You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Our internal company languages are German and English - ideally, you are fluent in both
- You feel at home in a scale-up environment, enjoy taking initiative, and like contributing your own ideas
