A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Extensive and proven experience in a comparable role, such as Project Manager, Solution Architect, IT Demand Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Business Relationship Manager - experience in other relevant areas is also valued
Strong knowledge of IT systems, business processes, and digital transformation concepts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a collaborative and business-oriented mindset
Proficiency in gathering and structuring requirements, including the use of process modeling and documentation standards
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs and expectations
Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with great attention to detail
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
