Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Hanno Werk GmbH & Co KG, based in the Hanover region, is a medium-sized company with approx. 200 employees. We specialize in the sealing of connection joints in building construction and the manufacture of industrial seals as well as in technical sound insulation for the automotive and mechanical engineering industries and in products for improving room acoustics and sound insulation.

Your tasks:

Independent operation and set-up of the system
Carrying out first part, intermediate and factory self-tests
Documentation and booking of measurement and production results
Elimination of simple machine faults
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the plant area
Instruction and cooperation with assigned temporary staff

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the industrial sector desirable
Basics in dealing with parts lists, work plans
Knowledge of quality management (testing, documentation, labeling and traceability)
Thinking and measuring in "mm" units
Basic PC and ERP knowledge (ideally ProAlpha)
Calculation skills
Knowledge of materials
Ability to work in a team
Manual dexterity
Permanent attention (monitoring the machine run)
Reading & writing (written & spoken German)
Diligence (cleaning and maintenance of the workplace)
Sense of order and cleanliness
3 shift operation
