Your Tasks Your Qualifications
- Support test engineers in designing test automation strategies
- Automate repetitive testing tasks to enhance efficiency
- Generalize and ensure the quality of test scripts
- Provide technical support and consultation for testers through code reviews, code guidelines, and training sessions
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with test teams to align on best practices
- Continuously improve and maintain the test automation framework
- Develop coding guidelines for automated test script development
- Deliver comprehensive documentation to support test automation processes
- Degree in Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field
- Initial experience with software projects and scripting languages
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English; willingness to learn German is a plus
Nice to Have :
- Experience in Tcl/Tk, Python, or CCS systems
- Knowledge of software architecture principles
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Background in object-oriented software development (C#, Java, or C++)
- Experience working in international teams
