Your tasks

You’ll play an active role in shaping our Standard Product, taking (pro)active part in delivering high-quality, user-centric software. The Junior Product Manager contributes to the product and team success by relieving the Product Manager and Product Owner of day-to-day activities, ensuring a smooth development process, and enhancing product value through hands-on execution and market-alignedinput.

Provide support to Product Managers in their daily tasks and oversee smaller projects as required
Draft user stories to articulate requirements and document software bugs for resolution
Independently create mock-ups to visualize product features and UI/UX enhancements
Conduct comprehensive research, including market analysis, technology research, and awareness of regulations and compliance, to guide product development in both German and English
Ensure the meticulous maintenance and currency of the PMA demo and test systems
Assist in release management activities, including coordinating release schedules, preparing release notes, and communicating updates to stakeholders
Contribute to the creation of demo and help videos, employing techniques such as video storytelling and screen capture for clarity
Conduct thorough reviews of the product and accompanying manuals, providing feedback for refinement

Your profile

Completed study in computer science, business informatics or related
Minimum 1-2 years proven work experience (not projects in boot camp) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile development environment and proven experience in writing user stories
Minimum 1 year proven work experience in creating mock-ups with Adobe XD or Figma
Interested in technical and business topics
Strong analytical skills, organized and structured way of working
Self-driven attitude, ease to adapt to change and willingness to learn
Interest in good usability and technology
Languages: Good communication skills in German and English (both at least "B1 and Learning", one must be C1/2)
Nice to have: Experience with Adobe XD or Figma or other prototyping tools
Knowledge of a programming language
Familiarity with Linux CLI
