As Service CoE NPI and Training Lead (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:

Owning and executing current & future product service training packages
Development of course strategy, materials, regional training schedule, use of the Learning Management System to offer and track courses, issue certificates, etc., and to conduct training for internal and external technicians, globally. This includes coordinating facilities, equipment availability, preparing course materials for students.
Working with the regions and the leadership to prioritize training and case support.
Expanding scope of training, remote monitoring, diagnostics and service through development and use of new tools and modern techniques.
Responsible for service readiness and service-safety items in NPI, NSI and NTI
Supporting New Product and New Service Introductions, through being on development teams, leading the service aspects of a NPI or NSI, developing training and attending training to continually expand knowledge and expertise.
Attending, participating in, and complete field interventions as required to support NPI programs before and after BR3, remote service cases, and field service needs as required.
Development and maintaining of Service related technical documents - training, NPI, ECR

To be successful in this role you will:

Have successfully completed your studies in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED)
Have significant experience of X-ray Testing Machine experience in an engineering, application, manufacturing or service role
Have deep oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have effective (technical) problem identification and solution skills. Has an eye for product accessibility and serviceability
Have quality awareness and experience identifying future failures, defects, and problems
Be fluent in German and English
