About the Job:
  • Providing support and advice to all companies on tax matters
  • Professional support for M&A transactions and subsequent integration regarding tax issues
  • Assistance with corporate law changes/restructuring within the group
  • Professional support with ongoing tax issues
  • Review of tax returns for all German group companies
  • Contact person during tax audits
  • Participation in special projects
About You:
  • Completed degree in economics
  • Successfully passed tax advisor exam
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an auditing/tax consulting firm and/or in an internationally active industrial company
  • Independent, structured, and careful working style
  • High self-motivation and strong team skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Proficient in German, both written and spoken, and ideally good English skills
