We are looking for Marketing Campaign Manager (x|f|m) for our Marketing Campaigns and Content Operations team in the Bioprocess Solutions Marketing department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. You will be responsible for BPS marketing campaigns and product launches. In this position, you will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of campaigns and product launches to meet strategic objectives.

It is a hybrid role requiring some days on-site and the opportunity to work remotely. The team comprises ten marketing professionals who are looking forward to shaping the future with you.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and product launches aligned with the Bioprocess Solutions roadmap and business objectives
  • Align on marketing objectives and KPIs with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, industry conferences, scientific publications, and targeted advertising
  • Foster collaboration with internal subject matter experts, research scientists, and product development teams to distill complex scientific information into accessible and compelling content
  • Work closely with the digital and regional marketing teams to plan demand generation, ensure successful delivery of KPIs, and maximize campaign and product launch impact
  • Prepare regular reports to analyze and report on campaign or product launch performance and ROI and provide suggestions for optimizations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific developments, and competitor activities for campaign and product launch strategies

What will convince us

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, campaign and/or product launch management
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-task organization skills
  • Independent, efficient, and motivated work style
  • Ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written), good German will be a plus
