As a Operations- Film & Digital Imaging you will responsible for:

Managing people from multiple families. This Job is predominantly EB, SEB but could include other bands. This family does not include Plant Management.
Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex long term planning activities and/or complex long term sales processes with high degrees of customization.
Handling very complex manufacturing processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production.
Leading a big manufacturing unit. Unit consistent of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments. Budget is > $ 15 million.

To be successful in your role:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Functional Management.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
