This position is limited until the end of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support training sessions, including pre-training preparation, in-session assistance, and post-training follow-up.
Facilitate regular feedback sessions with commercial teams and trainers to ensure training needs are met and updated.
Maintain and improve training paths and materials for various commercial roles, ensuring easy accessibility and continuous updates.
Organize and manage team meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, task board updates, and follow-up on open tasks.
Prepare and maintain team presentations and reports, consolidating communications plans and ensuring internal guidelines are upheld.
Lead the implementation and management of internal training platforms and maintain the team's SharePoint presence.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in training coordination and team assistance roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
