About the role

In this position, you will take responsibility for execution of complex multi-site R&D projects according to the agreed project plan and within agreed boundaries (specification, quality, timing, costs, information/reporting and organization). You will join an international team of passionate and highly professional Project Managers, driving the most complex and innovative R&D projects in Nexperia.

This is your new job

Define the overall project plan in consultation / agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders within Nexperia organization up to EMT level
Accountable that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, and to monitor & control execution of own projects
Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management
Exercise judgement on the project set-up, competitive time-lines, budget, efficient execution, changes and risks, challenges decisions on process, procedures, method and technology to be used in the project
Manage all requested changes and establish change management process
Analyse project risks (w. r. t. specifications, costs, timing, etc.) and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks

This is you

Master’s degree in a technical field
Minimum 5 years proven track record in leading complex projects for product development within an international & technical business environment
Experience within Semiconductors is a benefit (Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages)
Expert in Project Management with excellent knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit
Proven leadership skills in leading project teams in a global, intercultural environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. German skills are a plus
