Career changers with initial professional experience in machine operation
Willingness to work shifts, initially a 2-shift system with later expansion to a 3-shift system
Professionally skilled and technically knowledgeable
Independent working style, reliability, and teamwork skills
Car required; the immediate area is accessible by bicycle

Here’s what you will do

Operation and loading of machines and equipment
Maintenance, care, and cleaning of the machines
Documentation of processes on the production line
