Your prospective job:
You will be working for our client Airbus Operations at the Fuhlsbüttel site as a Business Process Manager (m/f/d). The position is currently available as a parental leave replacement until the end of 02/2026, with the option of extension.
Your responsibilities:
- Report to logistic community and link the teams to quality management in terms of audits, action plans and global process alignment as well as keep a close eye on regulatory and legal aspects
- Lead initiatives and projects with expertise and strong link to process operators and experts
- Validate process changes in context of internal and external requirements
- Support evaluation of process performance and root cause identification
- Identify opportunities for improvement supported by process mapping and other adequate tools
- Define the way of work aligned to external authorities and regulation requirements, company rules, methods and tools within the overall process architecture (interface to process architects)
- Focus on the adherence between different business and company management systems and internal consistency, all in a broader context of applicable architectual conventions to be followed
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain quality or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in project management, process improvement, quality management, supply chain or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of Total Quality Management (problem solving methods)
- Knowledge of MS-Power Point and Google Workspace
- Initial knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
