Senior Specialist Payroll Your tasks

Preparation and implementation of payroll accounting for a defined group of employees and related Ensuring compliance
Preparation and execution of travel expense reports
Carrying out error analyzes to ensure data quality
Monitoring and maintaining the time recording system
Coordination and processing of the certification and reporting system and communication with health insurance companies, authorities and insurance companies
Maintenance of personnel master data and system updates for entries and exits
Advising employees (m/f/d) on labor, payroll tax and social security issues as well as questions regarding payroll
Supporting digitalization and identifying (process) optimization potential in the HR department

your Profile

Successfully completed commercial training, training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) and/or further training as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) desirable
Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, payroll accounting and travel expense accounting
Good knowledge of income tax and social security law
Good user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of MS Access is an advantage
User knowledge of HS - Hamburg software desirable
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
Willingness to take on responsibility and further develop your own area of responsibility
