Du liebst es, Projekte strukturiert zu steuern, Ressourcen effizient zu managen und behältst dabei stets den Überblick? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung spannender Projekte, gestaltest smarte Prozesse im Ressourcenmanagement und sorgst mit einer professionellen Zeiterfassung für messbare Ergebnisse. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen und bist immer auf der Suche nach Optimierungspotenzial.

Deine Aufgaben

Eine neu geschaffene Rolle mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum:

Projektmanagement:

Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten unter Einhaltung von Zeit, Budget und Qualität
Eigenständiges Aufsetzen & Durchführen von Projekten innerhalb unserer bestehenden Struktur
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Risikomanagement & Problemlösung - du erkennst Herausforderungen, bevor sie entstehen
Präsentation deiner Projekte im Management Meeting & Reporting über Ergebnisse

Ressourcenmanagement:

Entwicklung und Einführung eines smarten Ressourcenplanungssystems für unsere Teams
Erarbeitung und Pflege von Ressourcenplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern & Teamleads
Überwachung des Ressourceneinsatzes und kontinuierliche Optimierung

Zeiterfassung & -analyse:

Einführung und Verwaltung eines Zeiterfassungssystems für Projekte und Aufgaben
Auswertung und Analyse der Daten zur Effizienzsteigerung und Prozesskontrolle
Erarbeitung von Berichten zur optimierten Zeit- und Ressourcennutzung

Das bringst du mit

Projektmanagement-Expert:in: Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Strukturiertes Organisationstalent: Du hast bereits wertvolle Erfahrung in der Ressourcenplanung und Zeiterfassung durch deine bisherigen Tätigkeiten gesammelt
Kommunikativ und Teamfähig: Die Koordination von technischen Projekten zusammen mit Product Ownern & Engineers fällt dir leicht
Digital-Pro: Mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Asana oder anderen Planungs- und Tracking-Tools kennst du dich aus
Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und verbesserst die Effizienz unserer Teams
Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließendes Deutsch & sehr gutes Englisch für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
Nice-to-have: Du hast Erfahrung in der Organisation & Moderation von Meetings & Workshops mit interdisziplinären Teams

Your mission

In this role, you’ll take on responsibility for the planning, steering, and execution of exciting projects, design smart resource management processes, and ensure measurable results through professional time tracking. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and continuously seek out potential improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Planning, managing, and executing projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Independently initiating and executing projects within our existing structure
Communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Risk management & problem solving - you identify challenges before they arise
Presenting your projects in management meetings & reporting on outcomes

Resource Management:

Developing and implementing a smart resource planning system for our teams
Creating and maintaining resource plans in collaboration with Product Owners and Team Leads
Monitoring resource usage and driving continuous optimization

Time Tracking & Analysis:

Introducing and managing a time tracking system for projects and tasks
Evaluating and analyzing data to increase efficiency and improve process control
Creating reports to optimize time and resource utilization

What you need to succeed

Project Management Expertise: You have several years of experience in project management
Educational Background: A degree or commercial training in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Organizational Talent: You bring valuable experience in resource planning and time tracking from previous roles
Strong Communication & Team Skills: Coordinating technical projects with Product Owners & Engineers comes naturally to you
Digital Proficiency: You’re familiar with project management tools such as Asana or other planning and tracking tools
Analytical Skills: You identify optimization potential and help improve team efficiency
Language Skills: You speak fluent German and very good English to ensure smooth communication in an international environment
Nice-to-have: Experience in organizing & moderating meetings and workshops with interdisciplinary teams
