Deine Aufgaben
  • Auf- und Ausbau unsere Recruiting Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR Team inkl. der Implementierung von geeigneten Recruiting KPIs
  • Steuerung des kompletten Recruitingprozesses für fest definierte Fachbereiche
  • Beratung unserer Führungskräfte hinsichtlich der bestgeeigneten Recruiting Strategie für den jeweiligen Fachbereich
  • Sicherstellung einer hervorragenden Candidate Experience
  • Networking und Active Sourcing
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen insbesondere Mitarbeitendengewinnung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • selbstständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung und Affinität im Umgang mit Job-Social-Media-Plattformen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (ab B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Präsenzarbeit 2x wöchentlich in unserem Leipziger Office

Your mission
  • Development and expansion of our recruiting strategy in collaboration with the HR team, including the implementation of suitable recruiting KPIs
  • Management of the entire recruiting process for specifically defined departments
  • Advising our leadership team on the most suitable recruiting strategy for each department
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Networking and active sourcing
Your profile
  • Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources, particularly employee recruitment
  • Extensive professional experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent and conscientious working style
  • Experience and affinity for working with job and social media platforms
  • Business-fluent German (C1) and very good English skills (B2 or higher), both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work on-site twice a week at our Leipzig office
