Your responsibilities

Drive international partnership sales across various sports such as Basketball, American Football, Soccer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective new clients through multiple channels including such as phone, email, linked-in, networking events and meetings
Advisory and guidance for (global) brands on the sports sponsorship landscape and development of tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
Lead sales pitches with clients to understand objectives, build relationships and secure revenue for the business (with occasional international travel)
Provide regular updates in team sales meetings showcasing activity and pipeline development, business closed and share insights for potential collaboration with other sales team members
Strenghten post-sales relationships to enhance renewal probability and identify cross-sales and upselling potential
Act as an ambassador for SPORTFIVE, maintaining high professional standards in all external engagements.

Your profile

3-5 years of sales experience, preferably from a sports team, league or relevant property and/or agency experience
Proven track record in generating sponsorship revenues with several years of professional work experience (US sports sponsoring experience is a plus)
A strategic and consultative sales approach, including the ability to create customized partnerships tailored to individual brands' objectives
Outstanding sales communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Experience delivering high-quality pitches to senior decision-makers in English
Established network of brand contacts with the ability to expand relationships further
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in fast-paced & time-sensitive environments
Fluency in both German and English is required for this role
