- Responsible for a smooth relationship with our key customers and further enhancement
- Commercial responsibility for your customers, improve contract profitability
- Identifying upselling potential and opportunities to increase business with our customers
- Execution of SPAIRLINERS’ customer contracts and ensuring the fulfilment of the contractual obligations
- Monitoring of the relevant KPI's and initiating adequate corrective measures if needed
- Conducting customer visits, review meetings and present to relevant stakeholders
- Reacting to urgent customer requests
Ihr Profil
- Completed relevant studies in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the aviation industry
- Proven track record in managing key aviation accounts and long-term client relationships
- Committed to providing excellent service, have a keen perception and a proven expertise in customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills to handle contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends, customer data, and financial reports
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, and customer support)
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for senior management and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
