Key responsibilities:

Overseeing product development from concept to mass production regarding workwear/safety footwear/PPE related products
EMEA wide customer visits and definition of product requirements for the European market
Life cycle management of Milwaukee® workwear/safety footwear/PPE
Responsible for product marketing and development of sales strategy.
Manage product launches in terms of production dates, product details and availability in European warehouses, pan-European price positioning and local market pricing and monitoring
Present products at large and small customer groups and events in key EMEA markets
Provide product training and support to our European distributors and international sales on specific product issues
Liaise with global development teams
Create promotional and marketing materials in collaboration with other departments

Requirements

Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Textile Management, Product Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Clothing Technology or similar
Technical Background in Workwear/Safety footwear is an advantage
Relevant professional experience as a Product Manager (m/f/d) is an advantage, ideally in workwear and/or safety footwear or PPE
Good English skills - another foreign language is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good presentation skills
Approx. 20% travel requirement
