Your Tasks:

You will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of Trench Group GmbH.
To achieve your objectives, you provide leadership, support, and guidance, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
In addition, you will continually assess and improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy, all in collaboration the stakeholders within Trench.

Requirements

Certified Accountant Degree for German GAAP (“Bilanzbuchhalter”)
Relevant experience in managing financial statement processes for a small public company
Some experience in IFRS
Strong analytical skills
Flexibility and the ability to manage change
An intrinsic motivation to improve
