Provide support to the team during the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate and the hiring manager, from initial application through to successful onboarding.
Coordinate and schedule interviews (specialist, panel, assessments) between candidates and BASF interviewers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
Handle all employee life-cycle events and administrative tasks related to incoming inquiries and orders, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Contribute to the continuous development of knowledge documentation within the Talent Acquisition team. Ensure that documentation is up to date.
