What part will you play?
- In your role as a promoter, you will achieve your goals by promoting the SICAM 8 Power Automation Platform and its energy applications.
- You will operate through sales in various regions with our customers and partners, focusing on the SICAM 8 Power Automation Platform products.
- You will homologate the SICAM 8 Power Automation Platform with our customers and/or support the regional team in doing so.
- You empower and motivate the sales team and execution units to build and develop additional business through your professional support.
- It is your responsibility to actively conduct presentations, roadshows, webinars, and training sessions for colleagues, customers, and partners from various industries and to create the corresponding materials and concepts.
- You will work as part of a professional team of promoters and technical sales support to achieve jointly set goals.
- A professional marketing team is available to help you convey content effectively to customers.
- You will create promotional activities considering market transparency in mind and implement them independently.
- You will analyze customer needs and requirements and assist in creating optimal applications and offers.
- You act as the interface between the market and product management, providing valuable input for product development. In doing so, you support relevant business cases and customer-specific requirements.
- Additionally, you will reliably identify and build multipliers in various regions and proactively support your colleagues in growing the business segment.
- You set an example for regional managers, influencing and expanding the sales organization in relation to energy network operators, industry, and infrastructure.
What you need to make real what matters.
- You have successfully completed a master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
- In addition, you have a strong sales affinity combined with high competence in a technical environment.
- You already have several years of professional experience in configuring SICAM 8 products. This includes configuring communication protocols and secure automation using CFC in the SICAM Device Manager.
- You have a good understanding of the operation of high, medium, and low-voltage networks as well as the equipment of local substations, switchgear, and transformer stations.
- In-depth experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC61850, and IEC60870-5 is advantageous.
- You bring initial experience and interest in new digital and cloud-based solutions for this domain.
- You are motivated and creative in finding optimal solutions for our customers in a highly technical environment.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills in both English and German, both spoken and written, and can convince customers and colleagues of our solutions.
- You are results-oriented in your approach to work and drive your topics forward with initiative.
- With your intercultural competence, you are accustomed to working in an international team.
- We look forward to speaking with you if you are willing to travel internationally (30-40%) with flexibility.
