We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to join our team. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible support in Swedish and Finnish, as well as in German and/or English. Your role is to provide outstanding service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and make every customer interaction a positive experience. How you contribute

  • Customer Support: Provide friendly, effective assistance to customers from Finland and Sweden, as well as in either German or English
  • Customer Communication: Engage in empathetic and solution-oriented conversations with customers, utilizing your communication skills, sense of humor, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Issue Resolution: Manage customer inquiries independently and document processes in a clear, organized manner
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate on the development of new processes to adapt our service to evolving requirements
  • Long-term Responsibilities: Gradually take ownership of market-specific process flows, becoming the go-to person for these procedures
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Swedish and Finnish, plus German and/or English at B2 level
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail in spelling and grammar
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of computer systems and software, and open to learning new tools and systems
  • Personal Attributes: Empathetic, resilient, and personable, with the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
