Account Manager (m/f/d) - Teamcenter Migrations

These tasks await you:
- With a high level of commitment, you create trusting and future-orientated customer relationships.
- You not only manage existing projects within the account to a high standard, but also recognise potential for expanding the collaboration.
- Thanks to your many years of experience in working on PLM projects, you act as a competent partner for our customers
- With your technical expertise, you will ensure that your account receives customer-focused advice about tailored software solutions together with a corresponding quotation.
- You skillfully manage PLM transition projects and help our customers with the extensive renewal of complex software landscapes to increase the performance
- Together with your development team, you will ensure the conception and timely completion of the commissioned services.
- You will take on the project and team leadership.
- As an experienced manager, you pay attention to the needs of your team members and thus enable a high level of work motivation and a trusting exchange.
- In addition, you will create forecasts and ensure that the hours worked correspond to the project timeframe
- You ensure a clean invoicing process and reliably provide all billing-relevant documents.
- With regular reports, you keep your customers up to date and thus enable a high level of transparency.
You will impress us with:
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. as PLM Solution Architect, PLM Consultant, IT Project Manager)
- Experience in project management
- Experience of interacting with customers and leading a team
- Knowledge of the challenges associated with PLM transition projects and experience with data migrations
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter (especially in relation to database schemas, import, export, ETL processes)
- Fluency in English
