Global Expert Managementsystem, Processes and Audits (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

The position is aimed to ensure the global implementation of a Güntner wide standardized quality system in accordance with ISO 9001 and acts as quality system manager. The implementation of other norms globally and locally should be also aligned by this position (e.g.45001., 27001..a.s.o).
Focus responsibility about the objective of the position

• Development and continuous improvement of global Management System and global standards covering company processes and departments, practical implementation of related processes and action plans
• Implement global valid processes together with global process owners
• Align and approve global audit planning (internal, cross and supplier audit) Develop and maintain audit programs to comply with integrated management systems and procedures
• Organising Management System related training, coordinating training
• Teaching and developing a culture of processes to ensure that teams think in processes instead of departments and then follow an process interface modelFocus ISO 9001 / Process management
• Full responsibility for building and maintaining the global Management system in the group Supporting all legal entities worldwideFocus Leadership
• Increase awareness of quality in the global organization
• Guide the entities in regards of management system development
• Implement and develop global standards and processes

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.

• Master degree technical or business studies
• Relevant professional experience in ISO Norms 9001:2015, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001
• Process optimization (Quality Stream Mapping)
• Project Manager skills
• Entrepreneurs’ mindset
• Experienced auditor
• Fluent in English is mandatory, good Spanish and/or Germany is a plus
