What part will you play?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO Manager to join our dynamic Ecosystem and Marketplace team. The PMO Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and for aligning the various projects, meetings and initiatives ongoing.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent execution and communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop or enhance and implement PMO processes and policies.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Align on various initiatives like OKRs, P&I planning and consider underlying Business plan.
Facilitate cross meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools.
Lead the planning and implementation of measures that help maximize operational efficiency, effectiveness, and meet the organization's goals.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

What you need to make real what matters.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP or similar certification preferred.
Longterm practical experience in project management, with at least several years in a PMO role.
Strong understanding and practical experience of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
