Systems Engineer for AIS/PLS and Computer Integration (f/m/d)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Your Tasks

• Responsible Development for Automatic Identification System (AIS) and Personal Locator System (PLS)
• Ability to manage development of an AIS and PLS System, Sub-system and equipment including
• Systems Architecture provided by an external Supplier
• General Purpose embedded computer development responsible
• Specify considering the following factors: Safety, Quality, Systems Performance, Cost,
• Environmental, Operational and Industrial Requirements
• Monitor, review and validate Supplier deliverables
• Ability to manage together with the supplier and other Airbus Stakeholders
• Requirements (including all the chain from functionalities to installation and certification)
• Installation and integration of the equipment including HW/SW integration tests definition
• Performance validation of the sensor

• M.Sc./Eng. or PhD in Aeronautical, Electrical Engineering or a related field required
• Long year professional experience in Systems and Equipment Engineering is mandatory
• Knowledge in Model Based Systems Engineering is necessary
• Sensor equipment: Expertise of at least 5 years in AIS and PLS Systems is required
• Experience in digital ICD and electrical installation design tools (e.g., CAMEO, ICDMS or others) would be a plus
• Experience implementing regulations and standards like DO178/278, 254, ARP4754 and others related to the specific Sensor equipment is needed
• Experience in working using Agile methodologies is recommended
• Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German or any other language would be beneficial
