Senior Software Quality Engineer (m/f/d) - Infotainment & Telematics Systems

Your tasks:

Identification of defects in infotainment and telematics systems
Analysing of logs and traces of defective components
Reproducing errors and recording traces at test bench or test car
Analysing source code
Determination of root cause
Elaborating measures to eliminate defects and derivation of improvement measures in cooperation with the development departments
Reporting of root cause analysis in quality management system

Your profile

Bachelor or Master in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent education
At least 5 years of work experience in embedded systems
Knowledge of automotive hardware and software architectures and solid programming experience (e.g. C#, C++, Java)
Experience with automotive diagnosis and automotive networks (e.g. CAN, A2B, BR)
Experience with implementation and execution of test & process automation
Ideally also knowledge of problem solving techniques like 8D, 5-Why, Y-Effect or fishbone diagram
German and English (business fluent)
