Then come and join our team as Head (f/m/d) of Hemostasis Franchise to be responsible and accountable for the business success of the Hemostasis Franchise (a Diagnostics product line of ~€380'0 annual revenue).Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are accountable for sustaining and maximizing revenue, profitable growth, and market share in Hemostasis markets against competitors with specialized and selective offerings
- You manage operational performance, including revenue, costs, contribution margin, gross profit, all accomplished working closely with all HQ functions and regional teams
- You are a skilled marketeer versed and skilled in leading and training your team regarding:
- Analytics
- Integrate and interpret complex market and financial data (e.g., NPV, revenue, market share) to drive strategic decision-making. Implement data-driven strategies that help forecast market trends, identify new opportunities, and enhance competitive advantages
- Customer/Stakeholder Insights
- Leverage a deep knowledge of stakeholder needs, regional differences, and decision-making processes to identify market trends and unmet needs. Use these insights to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive results
- Brand strategy
- Develop and execute strategies that address shifts in the market and healthcare environment. Build and implement well-differentiated strategies with clear objectives, value proposition and execution plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Pricing strategy
- Use your understanding of pricing frameworks and market dynamics to create profitable pricing strategies. Ensure that pricing decisions align with market realities, compliance standards, and long-term stakeholder needs
- Message delivery and deployment
- Drive innovative messaging tactics across all channels, including digital media, ensuring effective communication of value propositions to both internal and external audiences

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in natural science, medicine, economics or comparable
- You have a very broad and deep expertise and long-term experiences (>10 years) in the IVD market; experience in heading IVD labs is a plus
- Ideally, you have a knowledge and experience in the Hemostasis market
- You have a strong track record in sustaining and maximizing revenue, achieving profitable growth, and expanding market share in competitive environments
- You have a very profound experience in leading cross-functional teams and the ability to influence absent authority, motivate, and drive accountability to achieve results
- You have knowledge of driving digital transformation and identifying synergies across different franchises to enhance product portfolios
Your attributes and skills:
- You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of conveying complex information in a way that is suited to the target audience and situation
- You are a role model for executive-level leadership, setting a high standard for business decision-making and leadership behavior
- You demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, managing operational performance metrics such as revenue, costs, contribution margin, gross profit, product positioning, and pricing strategies
- You demonstrate strong strategic thinking, identify opportunities for growth, and develop long-term plans to achieve business objectives
- You have fluent English skills and intercultural competencies. Knowledge of German is an additional plus
