Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret business trends and act as the business partner to the senior management of our subsidiaries, monitor projects and assess their financial impact
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate financial/accounting rigour
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning for subsidiaries
  • Develop insightful presentations for senior management decision making
  • Manage and control working capital and liquidity planning
  • Work with the wider team to develop and implement new controlling tools and reporting processes across the Group
  • Lead the financial integration process of new subsidiaries
  • Support the implementation of a new ERP system, help to improve our reporting system and the monthly intra-year reporting for subsidiaries
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable degree with a strong academic perfomance, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
  • You have several years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar environment
  • You have a proven track record of driving issues and projects forward in a fast.paced environment as well as acting as a business partner in a results-oriented and structured manner
  • You posses solid konwledge of automation and are familiar with financial and analytical tools as well as BI system (e.g. LucaNet)
  • You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills to advice senior management stakeholders
  • You have excellent German language skills (native level or C1)
  • Initiative and team spirit complete your profile
