Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Berlin/Hamburg
What to Expect:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for sales to large corporate clients and/or operational leasing companies in North and East Germany. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with these clients and managing the full end-to-end customer journey. The Key Account Manager will report to the Business Sales Lead and will closely collaborate with other teams, including local operations and the Retail Sales team to drive business.

- Reach out proactively to large corporates within North and East Germany that have not yet referred to Tesla. Operate with a real hunter mentality, with high activity levels to stimulate demand
- Own the relationship for large corporate clients and rental companies within North and East Germany; not only educating them about our company and our vehicle offerings but ensuring a great customer journey and ownership experience throughout
- Drive repeat business with existing and new corporations; pursue bulk deal opportunities wherever possible
- Open company car policies and become the preferred EV OEM for corporate partners
- Leverage existing leasing company relationships and/or partner with Leasing channel to grow sales within this segment
- Work with all internal stakeholders to continuously improve the after-sales processes and provide your customers with 1st-level support for all questions relating to ordering, delivery and service if required
- Meet sales objectives by driving new account creation, deliverable orders, scheduling sales meetings, and making the best use of available assets (e.g. vehicles for test drives) as well as driving strong AR performance with clients to ensure timely payments for existing products and services
- Actively partner with the Business Sales Lead to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of enterprise vehicle sales within
