Supply Logistics Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Manage purchase requests and raise associated orders with focus on logistics and transport related topics
Track orders and ensure timely delivery in line with company needs
Coordinate all import/export and customs related aspects for inbound & outbound shipments including cost control & related invoice management
Maintain updated records of transport transactions and delivery information
Prepare reports on purchase cost and contribute to cost reduction ideas
Support in monitoring of material stock levels and initiate order placement as needed and support to improving operational supply chain and logistic process landscape

Your profile

Degree in Business School, Industrial Business Management or equivalent experience
Proven work experience as a Supply Officer with experience in international trade & logistics processes or similar role
Sound knowledge of import / export and customs process
Good knowledge of supply chain procedures and supply chain stakeholder Management
Experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP), Google Suite, MS Office tools
Ability to work self-organized, but in close alignment with internal and external interfaces
Business fluent German as well as fluent English language skills
