HR Manager with focus on HR IT systems (m/f/d)

Your tasks as HR Manager with a focus on HR IT systems at the Hamburg location will essentially include:

Implementing IT requirements management
Independent analysing, concepting & implementing new IT solutions
Automation of department-related processes, introducting new processes
Implementing, coordinating and quality assuring tests and acceptance procedures for changes to department-related IT systems
Initiating projects, management and collaboration in projects
IT-side supporting for routine operations
Ensuring/supporting IT security, IT audits from a compliance perspective, data protection and representing the department in co-determination and documentation of IT processes
Taking over communication with the data center, the software manufacturer and other parties involved

Successfully completed studies in the fields of computer science, business informatics, economics (with a focus on HR) or similar
Several years of professional experience in HR IT and/or ideally payroll with a strong affinity for IT
German: fluent
Sound knowledge of technical system administration
Analytical, conceptual thinking and systematic way of working
Problem-solving skills and precise presentating complex issues
You enjoy taking responsibility in a team and for achieving goals
