Your key responsibilities.

As Financial Consultant/ Requirements Manager (f/m/d) for Siemens Financial Services (SFS) Accounting and Controlling department, you will ensure that our Accounting & Controlling principles are reflected in our SFS IT systems.
You will represent SFS Accounting and Controlling requirements management in SFS projects and in the operational phase.
You will transform our Accounting requirements with a strong focus on high quality into technically detailed, system-based concepts, which can be used as basis for the technical implementation
As a sparring partner, you will discuss and align these concepts and processes with all partners SFS wide, SFS business and IT colleagues
You will participate and drive continuous improvement on Accounting & Controlling project standards considering current and future development within Siemens

Your toolkit for success.

University degree or equivalent experience with focus on finance, accounting, IT or a comparable qualification
Bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the fields of finance, financial process consulting or project management
You are willing to involve yourselves deeply in accounting & controlling topics, built up expertise develop further
Strong communication skills with various collaborators involved in the projects
You are solution orientated with strong analytical skills. You understand complex processes and know how to identify risks, proposing remediation
You are passionate about delivering high-quality results in projects. With your positive “can do” attitude, you are the perfect fit for our team
Good knowledge of contract management systems used in finance services is preferred
You are used to work in a diverse, cross-functional team and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in German and English and willingness to travel occasionally rounds off your profile
