Your Key Responsibilities

Shape and implement strategies to elevate brand identity and recognition, maintaining a cohesive, brand-consistent presence across all global channels
Lead the charge in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate VLS (Vehicle Lifetime Solutions) in the market
Craft and oversee content strategies that captivate audiences, generate leads, and amplify brand awareness. Ensure all content aligns with our brand messaging and drives marketing goals across digital platforms
Design and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that resonate across borders, driving engagement and supporting our growth ambitions
Steer branding strategy and brand management initiatives to ensure Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions presence is powerful, consistent, and globally recognized

Your Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, branding, content strategy) is a plus
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on branding, product marketing, and content marketing. Proven track record of successful brand management, product launches and content strategy execution
Skills: Strong understanding of brand strategy, market analysis and content creation. Proficient in digital marketing tools, digital platforms and content management systems. Excellent communication & storyteller, project management and leadership skills
Experience in (product) marketing in the automotive industry is a plus
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape. Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives and adapt to changing market conditions
Language: Fluent in english and good knowledge of german
You bring: Intercultural competence, innovative thinking and a hollistic approach on topics
